Every prospective guide goes through a detailed written application and a personal interview. We assess depth of knowledge, communication, and whether they can give honest, balanced advice — not just a rosy picture.

Quality over quantity — always
We intentionally keep the roster small. One excellent guide per country beats a dozen mediocre ones. If we can't find the right person, we don't list it.

Ongoing accountability
Guides are reviewed regularly based on client feedback. We read every session rating. Anyone who stops delivering honest, current, high-quality information doesn't stay on the platform.
